Deliveries & Returns


Our delivery charges and timescales are based on your shipping location, the size of your order and the service selected in the checkout.

The charges are shown in the cart, if you enter a postcode, and in the checkout when you supply the full shipping address.

We ship to the UK and Channel Isles only, unless by special arrangement. Please contact us for shipping details for other destinations.

Notes to above table:

  1. UK Mainland includes the Isle of Wight and excludes the other Regions in the table.
  2. Next day 9am delivery in Northern Ireland is only available for Belfast postcodes (BT1).
  3. Highlands and Islands includes the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channels Islands, Shetland Islands, Outer Hebrides and Scilly Isles.
  4. Next Day refers to the next business day and excludes weekends and public holidays.  In order to receive goods by the next business day you must place your order by noon.
  5. If, for any reason, we are unable to despacth your goods for next day delivery we will contact you.


Consumers can cancel their order anytime within 14 days of the date the goods are delivered by contacting us by phone or email.  You must then return the goods withing 14 days of the cancellation date in order to get a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods in their original condition

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the goods are faulty, and ensuring the goods are securely packaged. You do not need to use the original packaging, but the goods should still be in any branded box or package that came with them.

We recommend that you obtain proof of shipping.

In line with our Standard Terms & Conditions, Business customers can only return goods if they are faulty.  Please check the delivery and do not accept if the package is damaged.  If goods are found to be faulty after accepting the delivery, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
